Before you begin, we admit that the form is a little bit long; but its only so we can capture all the data we need to make sure we're matching you with the best Scaleup Partner for your business from the get-go.

What you will need

The form will take you between 10 - 12 minutes and consists of four steps. To make this as seamless as possible, we recommend you have the following information to hand:

  • Details on your business activities
  • Business incorporation date
  • Estimated business trading start date
  • Company registration number
  • Annual turnover figure for the last financial year
  • Estimated turnover figure for the current financial year
  • Details of your company growth ambitions

The information provided in this form will be used to support an assessment of eligibility and suitability on the Scaleup North East programme which is operated by RTC North. The programme is part of the North East Growth Hubs’ business support provision and is funded with investment from the North East Local Enterprise Partnership and growth hub and from the North East Regional Development Fund. Growth hubs are required to share their business support data with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) for research and evaluation purposes only. RTC are required to share business support data with the Department for Homes, Community and Local Government (MHCLG).

The use of the Scaleup North East Programme micro/small business participant’s business information to be shared with BEIS/MHCLG may include matching to other data sources to understand more about organisations similar to Scaleup North East micro/small business participants, as well as general patterns and trends. The participant’s business data will not be published or referred to in a way which identifies an individual or business.
