People Power is a lively and interactive one day event that brings together over 300 senior decision makers who are dedicated to creating and developing a workplace where people thrive, and business succeeds.

The event addresses a range of workforce development issues relevant to scaling companies such as health & well-being, leadership & management, marketing & communications , apprenticeships and use of technology, the day will be jam packed full of challenging and thought-provoking keynote sessions, seminars, practical workshops, live demonstrations, 1-2-1 advice and coaching sessions.

Scaleup North East has a limited number of tickets to give away for this event to new companies signing up to the programme.

Your business must have been trading for over 18 months, employing staff in addition to the owner/founder with around £100k turnover.
