Parking charges are seen as one of the biggest barriers to consumers visiting towns and city centres. We are delighted that ParkingPerx, a scheme to help combat this perception and which is designed to help drive footfall will be launched in Sunderland in 2020.
Jenny Campbell of Dragon's Den fame had the confidence to invest in ParkingPerx and she will be joining us on the 27th of February to give us an insight into why she made the investment and to encourage businesses in Sunderland city centre to sign up.
