Session 1: Understanding Your Internal System

21st April 2026

Explore the foundations of self-leadership by understanding the internal patterns that shape how you think, feel, and act in your role.

You will:

Learn why your “inner game” directly impacts your results

Identify key internal parts such as the critic, achiever, and pleaser

Develop awareness of how these parts influence your behaviour

Be introduced to the core qualities of effective self-leadership

Session 2: Working with Protective and Vulnerable Parts

12th May 2026

Go deeper into the patterns that protect you, even when they hold you back.

You will:

Recognise protective strategies like overworking, control, and avoidance

Learn a structured approach to understanding your internal responses

Build a more compassionate relationship with challenging patterns

Explore how to channel these behaviours more productively

Session 3: Handling Inner Conflict

9th June 2026

Strengthen your ability to navigate competing priorities and internal tensions.

You will:

Identify common internal conflicts that affect leadership and decision-making

Learn techniques to manage competing “voices” within your thinking

Develop stronger self-leadership in high-pressure situations

Build a clearer, more confident way of moving forward
